2. No Guaranteed Results

We work to improve communication, follow-up, lead generation, and lead conversion.

However, we do not guarantee:

- Sales results

- Appointment volume

- Lead volume

- Google rankings

- Advertising results

- Cost per lead

- Return on ad spend

- Business growth

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing accurate business information

- Approving marketing materials

- Complying with applicable laws and industry rules

Clients are also responsible for making sure they have proper permission to contact their own customers, leads, and prospects.

If advertising services are provided, clients are responsible for making sure all claims, offers, pricing, guarantees, images, videos, testimonials, licenses, certifications, and business information used in ads are accurate, truthful, and legally allowed.

4. Advertising Platforms

AirFlow Leads may create, manage, or support advertising campaigns on third-party platforms, including:

- Facebook

- Instagram

- Google

- YouTube

- TikTok

- Other digital advertising platforms

These platforms have their own rules, review processes, algorithms, pricing, and policies.

AirFlow Leads does not control whether ads are approved, rejected, limited, paused, or suspended by these platforms.

We are not responsible for:

- Ad disapprovals

- Account restrictions

- Platform policy changes

- Changes in ad costs

- Tracking issues

- Lead cost increases

- Platform outages

- Campaign performance changes caused by third-party platforms

5. Payments

Service pricing, billing terms, setup fees, monthly fees, ad spend, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be agreed upon separately in writing, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Advertising budgets are separate from AirFlow Leads service fees unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Advertising budgets may include spend on:

- YouTube

- TikTok

- Other advertising platforms

Failure to make payment may result in paused, limited, or canceled services.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, forms, systems, ads, landing pages, tracking tools, or communication tools.
